Guided by chef/partner Jared Van Camp, Element Collective strives to celebrate the simplicity of each ingredient, from pasta made with house-milled flour at Nellcôte, to elevated bar food at Old Town Social, to dishes made with sustainable seafood at Kinmont. Element Collective works directly with suppliers who put their heart into their products, and use those ingredients to create dishes that bring people together to share a meal.
Element Collective delights in what happens when technical skill meets passion. A wood-fired grill, house-made flour, a roaring fire and innovative cocktails are just a few ways that Element Collective highlights the technical possibilities at each of their properties.
The design of each Element Collective property is inspired by real places, real people, and real moments in time. From Villa Nellcôte to the classic sports bar to a vintage copy of Field & Stream magazine, the decor and ambiance of each concept work in tandem with the food and drinks to tell a story.
